You may freely quote the Pierrade trademark in a text :
If you respect one of the following conditions
- Put the trademark in inverted commas ("Pierrade")
- or Put the ® sign after the trademark (Pierrade ®)
- or put the term trademark before the Pierrade name (trademark Pierrade)
And you must respect the following conditions
- Do not associate the Pierrade trademark with a counterfeit cooking appliance
- Do not present the Pierrade trademark as the very definition of a recipe
- Use the Pierrade trademark as a proper noun : The first letter should be a capital letter - No "s" in the plural. - PIERRADES is a prohibited form of the name PIERRADE
