The use and presentation of the Pierrade trademark in a text is subject to specific rules.

Like any proper noun, the first letter of the word Pierrade should be a capital letter

The name Pierrade is used like a proper noun. It does not agree in the plural. Thus the name Pierrades (in the plural with an S) doesn not exist, is not authorised, and should never be used under any circumstances.

Rule n°2 : The Pierrade trademark in a publication

In a publication (book, press article), the Pierrade trademark should be distinct from the main text. It must be presented either :

• In inverted commas : "Pierrade"
• Followed by the registered trademark symbol : ®
• Preceded by the term "Trademark" : Trademark Pierrade

Rule n°3 : Definition of The Pierrade trademark

If the Pierrade trademark is written on any aid or document whatever it may be, the definition is :

Pierrade : Registered trademark which covers the products or services defined by the classes de la National and International intellectual property nomenclature classes, and in particular for cooking appliances, cooking utensils and consumables.
